Pay Rates - Supported LivingBefore Probation

Weekdays:

12.50/hr

Weekends:

13.00/hr

After Probation

Weekdays:

12.75/hr

Weekends:

13.25/hr

Bank Holidays

Before probation:

17.00/hr

After probation:

18.00/hr

Role Overview

As a

Supported Living Support Worker

, you will empower individuals to live independently within supported accommodation and out in the community. You will work with people who may have learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or require support with daily living skills. Your role will focus on promoting independence, safety, personal growth, and community inclusion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupported Living Responsibilities

Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and household tasks Assisting with personal care where needed Ensuring the home environment is safe, clean, and comfortable Encouraging independence and helping individuals develop life skills Supporting medication according to care plans and training Providing emotional support and building positive relationships Contributing to support plans and risk assessments

Community Access Responsibilities

Supporting individuals to attend appointments, social activities, and community events Assisting with shopping, errands, hobbies, and leisure activities Encouraging engagement in education, work placements, or volunteering Promoting physical activity and participation in community programmes
