NI Hospice requires Supporter Care Administrators (2 roles)

About you

You are a friendly, highly organised individual who is a team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are an excellent communicator, engaging with a wide range of supporters, collaborating with our Community Outreach, Fundraising and Commercial Marketing teams on the various campaigns throughout the year.

We are advertising for two roles withing the Supporter Care department:

  • Supporter Care Administrator \xe2\x80\x93 supporting the wider fundraising team
  • Supporter Care Administrator (In Memory) \xe2\x80\x93 with particular focus supporting those who wish to donate in memory of a loved one
Salary Range:
\xc2\xa320,475- \xc2\xa321,334 per annum*

Location:
Horizon House, 18 O\xe2\x80\x99Neill Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 6WB

Contract:
37.5 hours per week \xe2\x80\x93 permanent contract
  • Whilst the full salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint at the lower end of the range. This ensures that pay progression steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
