As a local charity, the Hospice relies on the generous support of our amazing local community and as St John's enters its 40th anniversary year this is a unique opportunity to join our dedicated Supporter Care team to provide additional support throughout this milestone year of fundraising activity - could it be you?
Our Supporter Care Team put our supporters at the heart of everything they do, to ensure they feel connected and valued whilst generously supporting the work of St John's Hospice.
We are looking for a competent administrator and data handler who will process online and offline supporter donations, ensuring that donations are processed and acknowledged quickly and efficiently. You will also deliver first-class service to all our donors and prospective supporters face-to-face, over the phone and in writing.
This is a role that would suit someone with excellent people skills, who has an eye for detail and is committed to the work of the Hospice.
