Hours worked as 3 days - 9am to 5pm, Wednesday to Friday

24,156 pro rata, per annum

Supporter Care Officer
to join our Fundraising Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional supporter experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our supporters, you'll provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and web enquiries. You'll ensure every interaction is handled with gratitude, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to supporter enquiries and processing donations
Maintaining accurate data on our fundraising database
Writing supporter communications
Supporting complaint resolution and complex queries
Assisting with reporting and charity platform oversight
Collaborating across teams to enhance the supporter journey
Do you have:
Experience in customer service and database usage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are you:
Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
Calm, empathetic, and professional in interactions
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
