Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to join our team at Gwithian Academy of Surfing. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching surfing techniques and promoting a positive learning atmosphere. Your contribution will help inspire students to develop their skills and enjoy the sport of surfing.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective surf lessons to students of all skill levels. Educate students on water safety, surf etiquette, and equipment usage. Assess individual student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters learning. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed during lessons. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall training program.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or instruction, preferably in surfing. Strong communication skills to effectively educate students. Passion for surfing and a commitment to promoting the sport. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. First Aid certification and lifeguard qualification.

Pay: 90.00-135.00 per day
