Purpose and Key responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of surface mount screen printer, pick and place machines and reflow oven according to relevant instructions. Visual inspection of PCB assemblies before reflowing. Raise concerns and assist with the investigation of production issues. Assist with continual improvement activities.

The ability to manage a varied workload and operate with minimal supervision. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications

Operation of surface mount PCB assembly equipment. Preferably MYCronic / MYData equipment. Previous experience of using MS office including Teams. Previous experience of working in an electronics manufacturing environment. Previous experience of PCB and electronic assembly. IPC 610 experience or qualification
