Job Title: Survey Assistant (Assets)

Location: Ealing/Hybrid

Salary: 25,394 to 26,730

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a

Survey Assistant

you'll be at the heart of the Surveying Team, helping to keep activity running smoothly and ensuring our work is delivered to a high standard. You'll bring a proactive attitude and a practical, solutions-focused approach, helping the team stay organised and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative assistance to the Surveying Manager and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and organising meetings Maintain and organise survey-related documents, reports, and records. Ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails, making phone calls, following up with residents, leaseholders, contractors, consultants, local authority officers, and internal stakeholders as required Input and update survey data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and properly organised Assist with processing invoices, tracking project budgets, and ensuring that financial records are properly maintained Help coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources, ensuring all administrative aspects of the project are handles efficiently Champion and promote the core values of the business: Caring by Nature, Working Better Together and Thinking of Tomorrow.Demonstrating these values with intent and behaviour in all interactions

More About You


Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade A-C)
The ability to extract reports from ICT systems and validate information as correct

Highly organised and able to coordinate and service meetings and events

Able to take accurate and concise minutes Ability to quickly and accurately organise and transpose simple data between systems and spreadsheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Officer, including Work and Excel, at a basic level or above Experience or understanding of social housing, local authority operations, property assets and components is highly desirable
