Survey Programme Coordinator

to join our Strategic Asset Management team!


In this role, you'll be the backbone of our?Home Condition Survey Programme?and?Digital Infrastructure Programme, providing essential administrative and support services. You'll be based at one of our main offices in Farringdon or Sittingbourne with access to work from any of our offices when required. As an organisation we have a minimum requirement of working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, as agreed with your line manager.


Key Responsibilities:




Home Condition Survey Programme




Be the friendly, empathetic first point of contact for customers with survey queries. Collaborate with the Call Centre, Housing Services Managers, and other internal colleagues to keep everyone informed about the survey programme. Proactively reach out to customers via mail merges, phone calls, and emails to schedule appointments, respond to CRM queries and complaints, and discuss surveys to reduce no access rates.

Digital Infrastructure Programme




Become the 'super user' and main administrator of systems like Apex, processing actions in line with procedures. Lead on effective communication with key stakeholders, including residents, leaseholders, freeholders, internet service providers, and colleagues from various teams. Evaluate, monitor, and maintain programme delivery data, ensuring all records are accurate and evidenced, including variations, snagging, and health and safety records. And coordinate with providers to obtain monthly reports on programme progression.

What you'll need:




Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing Knowledge of relevant and current, codes of practice, building regulations, health and safety legislation, standards and materials Experience of producing short-, medium- and long-term plans aligned with internal and external stakeholder plans. Ability to use a range of IT tools and a variety of software packages to produce correspondence, reports, documents, emails, including using Excel and Word to compile reports for different audiences Highly organised and methodical approach to work Effective communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in written reports to customers/colleague's face to face, by phone and by writing in customer friendly language.
