Are you the person we are looking for to join our dedicated team at G&L? Due to our expanding client base, we now urgently need a Survey Projects Co-ordinator to assist our Operations Manager in quoting, booking and scheduling asbestos surveys and annual reinspections. Working in a busy office you will be required to answer phones, produce detailed asbestos survey quotes and then schedule the work on our electronic diary and prepare the site information required for the surveyors. You will also co-ordinate our annual reinspection programme to ensure all sites are revisited a year later for their routine asbestos check.

G&L Consultancy is an established company that has been providing asbestos surveys, asbestos removals and sample analysis to the South West of England and throughout Northern Ireland since 1999.

If you are the right person for this role, you will have previous admin experience, an excellent telephone manner, be self-motivated, organised and able to work on your own initiative. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a project co-ordination type role.

The role is based on 37.5 hours per week. Slightly reduced hours may be considered for the right candidate. The starting salary will be between 24,500 to 27,000 depending on previous experience.

The company works on a flexi-time scheme. The company offers 32 days paid leave per year which includes all nationally recognised Bank Holidays, three days over Christmas and one day Birthday leave (if a Mon-Fri). The position holder will be able to join the company pension scheme upon completion of a three-month probation period if they so wish and the company medical health scheme after the initial year.
