Job Description

Role Overview



This role will support the Project Co-ordinator assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality survey projects through administrative, data management and communication support. Working closely with the Project Co-ordinator, you will ensure effective communication between clients, surveyors and internal teams, maintain accurate records and help drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Role and Responsibilities



(i) Project Support:-



Assist in planning, scheduling and efficient completion of asset surveying projects; Keep project schedules, reports, trackers and health & safety documentation up to date; and Provide support to the wider team where needed including document preparation, information collation and coordination of site activities.

(ii) Data & Systems Management:-



Manage and maintain the Mobiess system, reviewing and validating surveyor data; Verify surveyors' time and expenses for accuracy and compliance with the agency (TSA) portal requirements; Ensure surveyors have the correct equipment for their work, updating and allocating various pieces of equipment such as iPads and accessories; Arranging the sending of uniform or other packages to Surveyors and Consultants; and Review and update CAD/DWG drawings as required, in order to produce location schedules.

(iii) Communication & Collaboration:-



Maintain positive, professional relationships with surveyors, team members and client representatives; and Act as a point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring clear, professional, and timely information sharing.

(iv) Finance and Administration:-



Supporting the Office Manager with monthly invoicing processes to ensure additional cover / resilience is available if needed; and Booking travel and accommodation for Consultants and Surveyors and updating and filing expenses once booked as and when required.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; Polite and professional telephone manner; Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines; Strong organisational and time-management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; and Willingness to study towards IWFM Level 2 qualification (training support provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 20,400.00-24,000.00 per year
