The Role:

We are looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor; this role is ideal for someone who has strong technical and measurement skills.

The successful candidate will join our Operations Department, supporting the delivery of social housing and maintenance projects. You will gather and organise project information to assist our Commercial Team in preparing cost estimates and valuations.

A DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, measurements and valuations. Support with the preparation of progress reports and project documentation. Monitor work completed against specifications, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers regarding scope, variations and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

Surveying Experience (Construction Related) - Essential Previous experience working on social housing projects - Beneficial Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods - Essential

Attributes/Skills:

Strong surveying knowledge with a practical understanding of construction sites Excellent time management and organisational skills Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Able to work both independently and as part of a team
