Surveyor & Sales Consultant
to manage incoming leads, visit client sites, carry out technical surveys, and guide customers through to sale and installation.
You'll be the face of the business -- helping clients understand their options, recommending the right systems, and following through to ensure a clean, seamless install.
Responsibilities
Attend residential and commercial site visits to carry out technical surveys for A/C installations
Build rapport with clients and clearly explain system options
Prepare and send quotations using our CRM (Jobber) and pricing templates
Follow up on all quotes with a consistent, structured process to close sales
Identify upsell opportunities (additional rooms, upgraded models, maintenance packages)
Check completed jobs to ensure quality and client satisfaction
Collect Google reviews, testimonials, and photo/video content post-install
Revisit all non-converted quotes with a minimum 30-day follow-up loop
Attend networking events (builders, architects, interior designers) to build relationships and generate referrals
Coordinate with office and engineering teams to ensure smooth scheduling
Support the marketing team with client insights and photo/video content from surveys and installs

What We're Looking For
Experience in
sales, surveying, or a technical field service role
(A/C or HVAC background preferred)
Confidence visiting clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals
Strong communication and people skills -- both verbal and written
Detail-oriented when assessing property requirements and quoting accurately
Proactive, target-driven, and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Drive, and quoting software
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary and pipeline
Clean UK driving licence and access to a car (fuel covered)

Pay: Up to 5,000.00 per month
