Key Responsibilities

Assist in market research and analysis to identify suitable properties for science and innovation clients Support the team in preparing property marketing materials and client presentations Conduct property tours and inspections Help maintain and update property databases and client information systems Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing Analyse market trends and prepare reports on the science and innovation real estate sector Assist in coordinating with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Life Sciences, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry Strong interest in the life sciences and technology sectors Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Desired Skills / Experience
