We have an exciting opportunity for a

Surveyor or Senior Surveyor

to join our fast-growing

Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory

division at Cushman & Wakefield. This role sits within our

Self Storage team

, working across the UK and European markets.



You'll be part of a dynamic team advising a prestigious client base that includes institutions, FTSE-listed property companies, private equity firms, REITs, and debt providers. Our services span valuation, brokerage, fund sourcing, consultancy, and due diligence, offering a diverse and rewarding project portfolio.


Key responsibilities:



Delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services to clients from day one. Building and maintaining strong client relationships across regional, national, and international mandates. Supporting business development through networking, pitches, and client meetings. Collaborating with internal teams and external professionals to provide a full-service offering. Contributing to team targets and helping grow our presence in the self storage sector.

What We're Looking For:

MRICS qualified, with 1-3 years post-qualification experience. A strong communicator with excellent report writing and analytical skills. Commercially aware, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Experience in self storage is not essential - we'll support your development. Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe. Full driving licence and access to transport.


Desirable Skills & Experience:

Background in a large practice or corporate environment. Understanding of business development and client management. Familiarity with valuation tools and DCF models (training provided if needed). Strong IT skills, including Excel and industry-specific software.
