What You'll Do

Craft exceptional sushi dishes following our recipes -- and your own flair -- to delight every guest

Ensure every ingredient meets the highest standards of freshness and quality

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area, always following strict food safety guidelines

Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, balancing multiple orders while keeping your presentation sharp and consistent

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar high-quality kitchen role

Expert knowledge of sushi preparation, knife skills, and plating presentation

Strong attention to detail and consistency in both flavour and appearance

The ability to perform under pressure and maintain calm, professional service

A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine and excellence in hospitality

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
