We're growing fast and are now looking for a

Trainee Sushi Chef

to join our friendly and dynamic team, supporting operations at both our

Cardiff Bay

and

Risca (Pontymister Industrial Estate)

kiosks.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

Passionate about food and hospitality Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills A team player with great communication and customer service skills Able to travel between Cardiff Bay and Risca kiosks (a car is required) Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Interested in developing a long-term career in a successful and expanding food business

Your Responsibilities

Support the Kiosk Manager in day-to-day operations Prepare and serve fresh food to brand standards Provide excellent customer service with energy and professionalism Maintain accurate records of deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times Build strong customer relationships and promote best-selling menu items Assist with operations at both kiosk locations as needed

Experience Required

Previous

kitchen or food preparation experience

is essential

Sushi experience

is an advantage, but full training will be provided
