This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing company in the food industry and become a valuable member of the SushiDog team at our newest store.

SushiDog has brought a new innovative style of selling sushi to the UK and is the first of its kind - we make made-to-order sushi rolls and bowls exactly how the customer wants. We are looking to employ hardworking, confident and reliable people with excellent customer service skills. The job will entail the preparation and serving of sushi. Applicants are not expected to have any previous experience working in a sushi kitchen and will receive full training on all aspects of the job.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintains a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting and serving guests and preparing

their ordersProvides exceptional customer service during all times of the shift Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to customers

accuratelyUses Point of Sale (POS) system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount

of the bill and collect payments from guestsPrepares food neatly, according to the formula and in a timely manner Checks products in fridge unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply

throughout the shiftUnderstands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and cleaning standards during

food preparation, service and clean upClean and maintain all areas of the restaurant Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in

the SushiDog Recipe bookMaintains a professional appearance and grooming standards Performs light paperwork duties as assigned, including temperature checks and

opening/closing tasks
