Eastern Education Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sustainability Apprentice to support the delivery of our Group-wide sustainability strategy. You will play an active role in driving forward projects, events and communications that promote and embed sustainable practices across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your professional skills while contributing to meaningful environmental and social impact.

As part of your role, you will assist with sustainability campaigns, help plan and deliver events, create marketing materials and digital content, manage social media activity, and support data collection and reporting. You will work closely with staff, students and external stakeholders, helping to build engagement and awareness of sustainability initiatives across the Group. Creativity, organisation and a passion for sustainability will be key to your success in this role.

Alongside your practical work, you will complete a

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

, gaining a recognised qualification while developing valuable workplace and project management skills. This role offers an excellent pathway for anyone looking to start a career in sustainability, communications or business administration, with opportunities to learn, grow and make a tangible difference within a dynamic educational environment.
