You will be working in our Sustainability Team

The Sustainability Intern is responsible for aiding the wider Sustainability Team and Business in enabling the company to achieve meaningful progress towards the company's public and internal sustainability goals and strategy.
This role helps drive change through the development and adoption of strategy, standards, projects and processes.
The Sustainability Intern must be comfortable with working across disciplines and managing projects independently, as well as taking initiative where projects have an unclear path forward.
Principal Accountabilities
Design and deliver Environmental and Social projects, processes and initiatives that advance Moog's progress towards the company's Sustainability strategy.
Support Moog sites around the world to establish and implement programs of work to help achieve their respective sustainability goals.
Represent the company both internally and externally in furtherance of the company's Sustainability strategy.
Create and track metrics to evaluate our progress on key initiatives
Stay current on worldwide trends in Sustainability.
Qualification and SkillsWorking towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree A demonstrable passion for creating meaningful, measurable change through sustainability Action oriented Collaborative Superior attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to influence without authority and lead strategic priorities A "global orientation" and ability to work across cultures Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to people at all levels of the organization Socially mobile with an ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from entry level employees to the CEO Comfortable working across different cultures, times zones and jurisdictions

This is a new role for the organization. Inherent in the situation is a degree of ambiguity about what the appointed person will work on first and the relative priorities, an ability to deal with that ambiguity and flexible and adaptable approach to priorities is a necessity.

All placements are available to penultimate/final year students and the paid internships will start between August / September 2025, for a duration of 12 months.
