12-Month Student Placement - Sustainability Project Manager


Join PPS Talent Academy and gain hands-on experience in the Construction and Built Environment sector! Work alongside UK-based construction and property professionals on real government contracts while supporting projects that make a difference - from renewable energy and EV charging to heating system upgrades and sustainability initiatives.



What You'll Do:

Support energy, carbon, water, and waste analysis to improve building performance. Assist in managing sustainability projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholders. Help prepare reports and maintain complex energy and sustainability data. Engage with Contractors, Sub-Consultants, and suppliers to deliver safe, sustainable projects. Contribute to the delivery of the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Helpdesk.


Who We're Looking For:

Students studying Construction, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related degrees. Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic about sustainability in the built environment. Strong communicator, comfortable working with teams and multiple stakeholders.
