SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENTS REPORTING ANALYST

Job Type: Permanent role

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the newly established Sustainable Investments Reporting team in Phoenix Asset Management. The team is responsible for the disclosure and reporting on the E, S and G aspects of the Group\'s investment portfolios. This covers a suite of regulatory and voluntary reports published by the Sustainable Investments (SI) team, or by the Group or its entities. We are a dynamic and agile team, aspiring to deliver best-in-class reporting in an environment of continuously evolving reporting standards and regulations.

This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about working with the SMEs in the SI team and stakeholders around the Group on the full range of reporting activities. This includes sourcing and analysing requirements, collecting content and case studies and preparing analytics in addition to drafting, editing and publishing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage requirements, content development and editing of reports focused on our sustainable investing activities (including our climate and stewardship reports)
  • Collect relevant data, case studies and narrative for specific reports, investment consultants\' questionnaires and clients\' queries
  • Work with internal or external branding and publishing experts on the formatting and typesetting of reports.
  • Research reporting trends and best-in-class practice through peer comparisons of published reports.
  • Support the team\'s contributions to data, reporting and SI projects and programmes.
What We Are Looking For
  • One to three years of work experience in any of these areas: sustainability, sustainable investing, Stewardship and ESG reporting, management reporting and financial reporting
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and to the highest degree of accuracy
  • Ability to develop successful relationships and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle, analyse and interpret quantitative data
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a number of initiatives at the same time and shift focus where needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise fashion
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Enthusiasm for E, S and G issues and eager to learn
