What You'll Do
Chase new opportunities:
Proactively build a robust sales pipeline through high-volume cold calls, networking, and strategic research to meet and exceed ambitious monthly targets.
Seal the deal:
Pitch our unique hampers to decision-makers, crafting tailored proposals that win hearts and contracts.
Get out and about:
Travel across the UK for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events, and work evenings for networking or trade shows as needed, using public transport or other travel options.
Shape our sales future:
Work with our founder to streamline and scale sales processes using HubSpot, laying the foundation for explosive growth.
Spread the word:
Share the stories behind our products, inspiring clients to join the social enterprise movement.
Who You Are
A B2B sales star with at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in corporate gifting, promotional products, or similar fields.
A self-starter who thrives in a remote role, managing your time and pipeline like a pro without provided leads.
A lead-generation wizard, confident in chasing prospects and charming gatekeepers.
Consistent history of hitting ambitious sales targets.
Passionate about sustainability and social impact, with a heart for changing the world through business.
Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRMs, with a willingness to master HubSpot quickly).
Willing to travel for client meetings and events, and work evenings as needed, using public transport or other travel options.
Motivated by smashing goals and celebrating big wins.
A brilliant communicator with top-notch presentation and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary:
25,000-30,000, depending on experience.
Uncapped Commissions:
Earn 5%-12% tiered commissions on every sale - no limit to your earning potential!
OTE:
40,000 - 50,000+ (including base and uncapped commission).
Holiday:
28 days annual leave, plus earn up to 8 extra days per year by smashing quarterly sales targets (2 days per quarter for hitting goals)!

Travel expenses covered for client meetings and events, subject to pre-approval for major costs.
