A swimming support worker for wheelchair user.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled male support worker to provide dedicated support to our client who is a wheelchair user with swimming pool accessibility so that he can safely move around the pool.

Our client is an experienced swimmer, swimming has had such a positive impact on his physical health.

This role requires individuals who are patient, empathetic, and experienced in working with individuals with physical disabilities.

You should be a motivated, enthusiastic and positive individual to help support our client to reach his full potential.

Duties
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility support.

- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
