Swim Class Coordinator
Job Description
Mini Swimming provides swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and primary school-aged children across Colchester, Chelmsford, and Nayland. We're looking for an enthusiastic Class Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview:
We need a friendly and outgoing class coordinator to welcome families at the pool, direct them to the appropriate areas, inform children of their assigned lanes, and help maintain a smooth, enjoyable environment by reminding everyone of pool rules (e.g., no shoes in certain areas, parents not allowed in changing rooms). This role also involves taking registers and some light cleaning tasks to keep the changing rooms clean and presentable.
Hours:
Current Schedule
: Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.Ideal Candidate:

: The pool is located at CCHS, just off Lexden Road, Colchester, CO3.Training Provided
: While training and guidance will be offered, we're looking for candidates who bring energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the role.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour
