2 x PART-TIME SELF-EMPLOYED SWIM COACHES (Job share) - LEAMINGTON SPA - 15 - 20 hours per week.
Hours between 3pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings. Site based. 21.00 per hour. (Will consider employed status)AskVerity is excited to be working with a unique swim coaching business based on the outskirts of Leamington Spa. Our client operates an endless pool located in three shipping containers - a very unique environment which has been featured on the BBC!!
My client aims to help their customers enjoy their swimming experience, whether they are elite triathletes or people and children wishing to improve their water confidence.
What we are looking for:
You will be a fully qualified Swimming Teacher, Swim England Level 2 or STA Award & Certification. You must have previous experience of working with SEND customers, both adults and children, as approximately 20% of our customers have additional needs. You will be able to provide a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for our customers. You will be able to offer flexibility in your working hours to work alongside a job share. You
MUST
be able to drive due to our out-of-town location. We're looking for individuals with a great 'can-do' attitude with the ability to quickly understand our customers needs. Working with both experienced and novice swimmers, you will be able to reassure and encourage.Please note - you will be lone working at times; therefore, you must be comfortable in this working environment.
