We're looking for a part time STA or SE/Swim Wales Award qualified swimming instructor to join our team of Swim Academy teachers.

You'd be required to teach the following hours:

Saturday 8:05-11:50am in NP20

Saturday 2:30-4:30pm in CF11

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 4:15-6:15pm in NP18

You'd be working alongside another teacher or alone teaching groups of 1-8 children. If you're looking to join a super supportive team, where our focus is on delivering the highest possible standard of lesson then we'd love to hear from you.

Puddle Ducks swimming lessons are highly progressive as well as being lots of fun. Attending our in-house swimming teacher training is essential but the successful candidate can be teaching very quickly.

Key Skills Required for a Swimming Teacher/Swimming Instructor:

Enjoy being in the water and able to swim Confident and friendly personality Flexible and team worker Level 2 Award qualification

Main Responsibilities of a Swimming Teacher /Swimming Instructor:

Teaching lessons for children aged 4-10 years Maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for your customers Sharing a passion for teaching swimming

Qualifications:

Level 2 Award in Swimming Teaching (we can help you find a course if necessary but you'd need to fund this yourself) STA Safety Award for Teachers or equivalent Own car essential
Additional training

Additional paid in house training (2 days online, 1 day practical)

Pay: Up to 24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 13.5 per week
