Swim Teacher Assistant
Job Description
First Strokes Swim Schools Limited is an award winning swim school, using its own purpose built teaching pools and private pools. Currently operating from six locations, we cover every aspect of swimming lessons and teaching.
As we continue to invest in both our facilities and team members, we are now looking for ASA Level 1 Swimming Assistants for our centre in Sproughton, Ipswich
It would be desirable for the candidate to hold a current Rescue Test or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification however this is not essential as training will be provided where appropriate.
First Strokes Swim Schools Ltd have their own unique awards system and operates throughout the year to ensure continuous learning, development and progression with additional crash courses held during the holidays.
You will use knowledge of practices, progression and teaching points and apply them in the most effective way. Naturally, there'll be some administration involved, but rest assured that almost all of your time will be spent doing what you do best - teaching and coaching people to become stronger swimmers, whether in a group or one-to-one, and from babies to adults.
Competitive Salary which will be dependant on experience.
