Swimming Assistant

Do you have a passion for swimming or working with children? We would love to welcome you as part of our team!
Mini Swimming run swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and primary school aged children in Colchester, Chelmsford and Nayland. We are looking to recruit a new confident, chatty, bright person as an assistant at one of our busy pools.
The hours are Wednesdays 16:15 - 18:15 and Saturdays 10:45-13:15. These hours are set and cannot be amended due to set swimming lesson times. A job share will not be considered.
This role would be suitable for someone looking for an after college job.
The pool is located at Colchester County High School for Girls, Norman Way- off Lexden Road, Colchester.
Candidates must have a passion from working with children, must be confident to be an active part of the class alongside the teacher.
Must have a love of swimming and a swimming background.
No experience is necessary for this role - Candidates will be assigned a mentor to guide and develop them but they must bring to the party the effort, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to learn.
