We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our small and friendly team at Cranleigh Golf Club. We offer both small group classes and private one-to-one lessons.
We are looking for someone for the following shifts;
Tuesday's 1545-1815
Thursday 1545-1815
Friday 1100-1230 *Adult & Child Classes
Applicants can apply for the part or whole of cover needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and small groups
Assess swimmers' abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Promote water safety practices and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various swimming techniques.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress for each student.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills.
Applicants must be a STA level 2 swimming teacher or Swim England Level 2 Swim teacher to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
