Swim Instructor

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities. If you have a love for swimming and enjoy educating others, this role is perfect for you.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Experience:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction is desirable
- An ASA or STA qualification is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and engage students
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for swimming and educating others

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour
