What You'll Do,

As a

Swimming Instructor

, you will:

Teach and coach swimmers of all ages

, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages

Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions

, tailoring instruction to individual needs

Motivate and engage children

, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones

Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards

, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment

Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment

, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment

Liaise with parents

, keeping them updated on their child's progress and achievements

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an

enthusiastic and supportive Swimming Instructor

who thrives on helping others succeed. You'll have:

Level 1 Swim Qualification

(Essential)

Level 2 Swim Qualification

(Desirable)

Experience working with young children

, with confidence in engaging both children and parents

Excellent communication skills

and a passion for teaching

A proactive, friendly, and patient approach

, ensuring swimmers feel motivated and encouraged
