Join our team as a Swim Instructor and make a splash in the lives of our swimmers. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about water safety and teaching swimming skills.
Duties:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels. Including baby and Pre-school.
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans to help students improve their swimming techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to enhance their performance
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Educate swimmers on water safety practices
Skills:
- Previous experience in swim instruction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
- Ability to educate and motivate swimmers of varying ages and abilities
Qualifications:
- NPLQ or NRASTC
- Swim England or STA Level 2
- Insurance
- Baby and Pre-school Preferred
