MySwimCo is looking for a passionate and skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at the Village Hotel, Swindon. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalised, one-on-one swimming lessons for individuals of Ages (10+ - mostly adults) and abilities. Your role will involve tailoring lessons to help clients achieve their swimming goals, whether they are beginners or advanced swimmers. NO GROUPS all 1-1.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1-1 swimming lessons to individuals of ages 10+, mainly adults Assess each client's swimming abilities and create personalised lesson plans to help them reach their goals. Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for all clients. Demonstrate swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback during lessons. Track clients' progress and adjust lesson plans as needed to ensure ongoing improvement. Promote water safety and encourage good swimming habits. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming swimming environment. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Follow your own curriculum - total freedom. Report weekly to managers

Qualifications & Skills:

A valid Swimming Instructor qualification (e.g., STA or ASA Level 2). Previous experience teaching swimming (2 years +) Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people of all ages and skill levels. Passion for swimming and helping others reach their full potential. Patient, approachable, and encouraging nature.

Hours:

Completely flexible, tailored to the individual instructor availability and client bookings.

NOTES:

This is a self employed role. Clients will be given to the successful candidate and they will manage them as a personal swimming coach using the MySwimCo in-house booking system. Full training will be received for the app.
