Join Our Team - Aquatics Instructor

Location : Inverkeithing High School, Saturday 9.30pm - 1pm

Evolution Swim School is looking for an

enthusiastic and motivated Aquatics Instructor

to join our growing team. With established lessons in

Falkirk and Edinburgh

, we are now expanding into

Fife

and are looking for a dedicated individual to help us develop this location further. Over the course of the year, we plan to add more days to our Fife programme, offering new opportunities for instructors to grow with us.

About the Role:

We are committed to providing high-quality swimming lessons with

small class sizes (maximum 4:1 ratio)

to ensure the best experience for both swimmers and instructors. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Aquatics Instructor Responsibilities:

Delivering

group and private swimming lessons

for children aged 3+ using our structured

Learn to Swim programme

, based on Scottish Swimming's National Framework. Occasionally teaching adult lessons (only assigned if you feel comfortable). Encouraging a

fun, safe, and engaging

learning environment for all swimmers.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Level 1 Teaching Qualification

from a recognised swimming body (Level 2 preferred). Passion for teaching swimming and helping children progress with confidence. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
