We are looking for a Swimming coordinator to take control of our swimming lesson programmes, ranging from 3 year old beginners to adults.

We are looking for an engaging and inspiring coordinator to manage our learn to swim programme. Your primary role will be to effectively coordinate the teaching team, mentor and develop teachers and manage the programme to minimise cancellations and meet customer demands. You will assist in the recruitment and induction of teachers and receptionists to ensure an excellent customer experience.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the performance of your cluster and retention of the customer base, taking ownership for issues and complaints. You will be expected to maintain great relationships with current customers, promote our programme to new customers and feedback improvements to ensure a world class learn to swim programme.

The role will consist of at least 15 hours per week of teaching children/adults, some light admin work and some lifeguard duties.
Ideally, you'll also be looking to gain some supervisory experience, leading our team of lifeguards.
Must hold a level 2 swimming teacher qualification
Ideally hold an in date national pool lifeguard qualification - although this can be arranged at a later date
30-40 hours per week
