Menorah Primary Schools Federation is seeking to appoint a part time Swimming Lesson Assistant.
As part of our dedicated and caring team you will be responsible for assisting our pupils during their onsite swimming lessons. You will help them in the changing rooms, both before and after their lessons, and you will be an additional member of staff on the poolside to assist the professional swimming teachers. You do not need any swimming qualification.
The hours are 8:30 am to 4:15pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and enjoy working in a school, relate well to staff, act responsibly and be able to keep calm - responding quickly to situations. You will be energetic and cheerful, and happy to work as part of a team. You will be patient with children and enthusiastic to help. Lifesaving qualification and First Aid certification would be ideal but not essential.
Previous experience not essential. A generous salary is offered for the right candidate.
