Swimming Lesson Coordinator

Merthyr Leisure Centre and Aberfan Community Centre

This is a fantastic unique opportunity to support, design and deliver a comprehensive lesson programme, working with a well established swimming teacher team.


Salary: - 13.61 per hour/26,257.15 per annum (FTE)


Hours: - 28


Start Date:- October 2025


If you can show us ....

Experience of developing and implementing lesson programmes that has led to financial improvements across a swim school The ability to lead and motivate a team of swimming teachers Knowledge of the Swim England teaching plan, good practice and delivery of current initiatives, systems and processes within the ASA and STA A collaborative approach to influence and change ways of working which deliver customer focused results.....
