As a Leisure Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and customers. From lifeguarding our pools to maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting with equipment setup, you'll deliver exceptional customer service every day!

Key Responsibilities:
Lifeguarding duties, including monitoring pool safety and responding to emergencies.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for various activities.
Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Requirements:
Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being.
Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required.
Candidates without an NPLQ will have the opportunity to undergo full training after a successful swim test and interview.

Suffolk, IP33 3TT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
