Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Swimming Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will deliver high-quality swimming lessons, foster a safe and positive environment, and inspire students to develop their swimming skills. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students of all ages achieve their water safety and fitness goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring activities and enforcing pool rules
Use effective teaching techniques to improve students' swimming techniques, confidence, and safety awareness
Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for each student
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and enjoyment
Requirements
Level 2 Swim Teachers Award (STA, SSTQ etc)
Pool Safety award
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: From 17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
Work Location: In person
