The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and caring
Swimming Teacher & Admin Assistant (Social Media)
to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, safe swimming lessons to small groups of children, daily administrative duties and working closely with our Social Media Manager.
As a Swim Teacher you will:
Deliver fun, progressive swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, and/or children
Communicate clearly and warmly with swimmers and customers
Ensure safety and safeguarding policies are upheld at all times
Record and track swimmer progress using our structured programme
Represent Swim Superb with professionalism and positivity
As an Admin Assistant you will:
Handle daily administrative duties such as processing new bookings and answering queries
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and online
As a Social Media Assistant you will:
Work closely with the Social Media Manger to create content that reflects our high quality service
Share student milestones, promote upcoming events, and showcase what makes our swim school special
Monitor messages, comments and tags, and help to grow our online community

Office hours (PR7 based);
Monday 10:00 - 12:00 & 12:30 - 2:30
Wednesday 10:00 - 12:00 & 12:30 - 2:30
Swim Teaching hours;
TBC (Covering PR7, PR6, PR3, PR2 postcodes)
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Swimming Teacher with a current STA Award/Certificate or Swim England Level 2 qualification (essential)
A qualified Baby and Pre-School Teacher with a current STA or Swim England Baby and Pre-School qualification (desirable)
A passion for working with children and helping them thrive in the water (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
A proactive and team-oriented attitude (essential)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required (essential)
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Safety Rescue for Teachers/NPLQ and Safeguarding certificates (or willingness to obtain one)
Skills in content creation, photography and editing
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a smile
