Whats involved:
*this job involves a 5 day residential Water Babies training course in Devon at the outset which must be completed before commencing trecching. All costs of this course are borne by Water Babies NI and covered in a training agreement. Please note this training agreement involves a two year training commitment.
responsible for set classes each week to provide them with a high quality of swimming tuition in line with Water Babies standards.
to liaise with the Water Babies office to flag any on-going concerns or worries with any specific client - which may include dealing with 'water wobbles' or other related or non related issues.
to provide weekly feedback on each class
all part-time teachers are required to work at least the equivalent of 1 day at the weekend (1 full day or two half days) other hours may be available during the week also.
What do you need:
*A warm, patient, and confident approach to working with families.
*Strong communication skills--you'll be providing feedback and reassurance regularly.
*Willingness to travel to different pool locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 17.50-25.00 per hour
