We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming skills, ensuring their safety while promoting confidence and enjoyment in the water.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging swimming lesson plans tailored to various skill levels. Educate students on proper swimming techniques and water safety practices. Conduct individual and group lessons, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet their needs. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching swimming is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students. Knowledge of water safety regulations and emergency procedures. Ability to work well with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds. Certification in lifeguarding or first aid is an advantage but not mandatory. A genuine passion for swimming and teaching others how to swim effectively.
