We are looking to recruit Swimming Teachers at The Weald Sports Centre, this is to support our growing program. If you have a lv1 or 2 Swim England or STA qualification, we want to hear from you, we have flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Educate individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety.
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum to meet the needs and skill levels of each student.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons.
Skills:
- Knowledge of various swimming strokes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
- Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate individuals in swimming techniques while promoting water safety.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 14.50-16.50 per hour
