to bring our pool to life.


Youll be part of our close-knit Cofton Family, working in a supportive, professional environment with fantastic facilities. If you love seeing swimmers of all ages grow in confidence and skill, this is the role for you.

What Youll Do

Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 lessons for children and adults Make lessons fun, structured, and tailored to each swimmers needs Use the Swim England Learn to Swim (LTS) framework Share your expertise in technical strokes, skills, and drills Create a welcoming, positive experience for swimmers and their families Occasionally lead small group lessons on Saturdays and during school holidays

What Youll Bring

ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher or STA Award/Certificate

(essential)

At least 2 years experience in the swimming industry Great time management, communication, and a flexible approach IOS membership desirable

When Youll Teach

(term time)

Wednesdays: 4pm 7pm Thursdays: 4pm 7pm Fridays: 4pm 7pm Saturdays: 10am 12pm
(Hours may vary depending on swimmer demand)
