Job Summary

Splash into Swimming is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our team.

Specified Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities following the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework Create structured lesson plans while adapting to the needs of each swimmer Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the pool Provide clear and effective communication to both students and parents Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment Requirements: Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification (ASA/Swim England or STA) Lifesaving Qualification (NRASTC or RLSS Lifeguard) Experience in teaching swimming to a range of age groups and abilities Excellent communication skills and a patient, encouraging attitude Ability to work flexibly and cover shifts at short notice What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay A supportive environment and ongoing professional development opportunities Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of swimmers of all abilities If you're enthusiastic, qualified, and ready to dive in, we'd love to hear from you!
