Job Description

Are you a qualified swimming instructor looking for a new opportunity? We are currently hiring for an experienced and enthusiastic swimming instructor to join our team at our pool in Flixton Road, Bungay.

The role will be primarily in the evening, teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage learners in a positive environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to groups or individuals Assessing and recording learners' progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians Ensuring the safety and welfare of learners during lessons Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including poolside and changing areas Adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:

Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or STA (award or certificate) equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for teaching and promoting water safety
