Stewards Academy

Pear Tree Mead Academy

in Harlow -- and we're looking for passionate, positive, people-loving

Swim Instructors

to join our growing team!

Founded in Cardiff ( Wales ) we are proud to announce our founder is bringing the school back to his original roots ( Harlow )

Your Role

As a

SwimReady Instructor

, you'll be more than just a teacher -- you'll be a motivator, a confidence-builder, and the reason someone learns to love the water.
You'll deliver

fun, safe and engaging

lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities, from nervous beginners to confident stroke-perfect pros.

You'll:

-Conduct

1:1 private lessons

and

group sessions

in our new Harlow pools.

-Create lesson plans that are as inspiring as they are effective*.

-Track progress and celebrate every milestone -- big or small!
*

-Keep everyone safe and smiling by upholding SwimReady's high safety standards.
*

-Build strong relationships with swimmers and parents, offering regular feedback and encouragement.
*

-Be part of an inclusive, energetic team that puts people first -- every splash of the way!

What You'll Bring

A background in

sports coaching or teaching

(swimming experience is a huge plus!).

Strong swimming skills

-- and the confidence to demonstrate technique clearly. Excellent

communication and people skills

. A

positive, patient, can-do attitude

that lifts everyone around you.

First Aid / CPR certification

preferred (training can be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 26 per week
