In this role you will have the great responsibility and satisfaction in teaching those of any age to swim. You will be observant of those in the water and be confident in delivering great, enthusiastic sessions for all to learn and grow in their swimming journey

Key Responsibilities:
Instructing and Developing students
Developing and creating lesson plans in line with the Swim Academy
Maintaining a safe environment
Setting up lessons and down lessons, including equipment
Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Assessing progress of students and providing feedback where required
Communicating effectively with students and families for a positive learning experience
Requirements:
Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being.
Prior experience swim teaching, or similar (not essential)
Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios
Qualifications:
An STA or Swim England Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification minimum
Adult and child
Candidates without this qualification may be able to attain with Abbeycroft after a successful interview.
These qualifications can be provided by Abbeycroft
