We, at JB Sport + Education have a mission to get more people, more active, more often. One of our services which assists our mission is swimming. We provide schools swimming, 1-1/group sessions, baby/toddler swimming as well as delivering STA qualifications.

The successful applicants role will include the following:

- Delivery of school, small group, and 1-1 swimming to pupils aged 4-11

- Contribute to the overall ethos and working values of the organisation

- Contribute to raising standards by ensuring high expectations are shared with children

- Attend training sessions as required for CPD purposes

To be considered for the role we are looking for someone who is:

Able to deliver high levels of performance at all times.

Passionate and driven to help improve levels of physical activity.

An excellent verbal and written communicator.

. A strong swimmer with sound knowledge of all swimming strokes and teaching practices

Able to plan, organise and facilitate high quality swimming lessons.

A team player that demonstrates strong leadership qualities.

Desirable Qualifications

Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification

Safeguarding Qualification

First Aid Certificate

Baby and Pre School Qualification

Desirable Experience

Experience of delivering a Primary School swimming lesson

Experience of independently delivery a variety of different private swimming lessons, including small groups and 1-1's

Hourly rate - 16.00 per hour
