Trafford Leisure is looking for passionate Level 2 Swimming Teachers (Swim England Qualified) to help shape the future of swimming in our community.

The Role

In this role of

Swimming Teacher

, you will be responsible for:


Delivering structured lessons for all levels of swimmers Teaching students from schools or who are Adult or Junior members of our community Assessing against the agreed Swim Well criteria Coordinating distribution of awards Working with teachers and parents to organise classes and ensuring that Health and Safety needs are met Personally, ensuring that equipment is at first class standards in both safety and cleanliness at all times Personally, ensuring that the environment in which you deliver your role is of a high standard Owning and managing the administration of your work, including: + Diary management
+ Individual records for swimmer achievements
